Heavenly Father, " As I receive Thine loving and healing energy, I release all anger and pain from every cell in my physical & spiritual body. With each deep breathe I inhale, I feel my mind, my heart and my entire body being filled with the cleansing blood of Jesus Christ, Thine protective shield of healing light, Thine love and Thine compassion.
With each breathe I consciously exhale, or each time I perform a bodily elimination, I blast out mental barriers, immune & digestive intrusive negative energy and all inherited illnesses from my past, to be released from head to feet and dissolved in light. I now forgive myself and forgive all others whom have hurt me or harmed me. Every time I feel negative emotions rising within my body, I hold still, Praise God, and observe them as I allow myself to exhale, eliminate or cry.
I believe in my heart: I AM releasing all my present illnesses, mental barriers, dark emotions and intrusive energies with my tears and daily bodily eliminations.

UNVEILING OUR HEART TO GOD
When the trials and tribulations of the world forms a hard cemented and bitter shell around our heart and all feelings are here no more, we know we must go on and live and fulfill our purpose within this world, for we are giving way to becoming trapped in the dark. When we are beaten down, when we are stomped upon, when we are rejected, hurt and in pain and all is gone, we know we yet, must survive to continue to live in an oppressive world. We awaken every day to fight the battles of our heart, when we feel all is lost. We know we must find a way to open up the closed doors of our heart. When all is dark and we cannot find our way, we must go to the sound of God's voice by reading His Holy Words, to gain clarity, give praise and open up the flow of the heart.Here we will put on our earphones, sit quietly away from the rest of the world, and select the most spiritually uplifting music that we can find and begin to give praise to God, as we begin to release the pain within our heart.
As we open the chambers of our heart to feel and see again, we are creating a special place, that is sacred and safe from all that aches us in the world. Here is where we will spiritually come back to God and feel the love that once was, as we begin to remember the good times we have had in this life and now have allowed our hurt to close our heart from all that is good and true.Open your heart through the creative methods of God. When our feelings begin to flow, we can bond with the spirit of God to form a daily and special bond. As we truly unveil the love that we feel for God, the respect and fear that we internally hold, and now have activated, is what will take us through every crisis in our daily struggles to survive. The power, the secret, the passion, the message and the ability to see, is in the heart, and only through the doors of a humble heart may we become free. This is where all unconditional love resides. Here we will create a safe haven, cry out our pain, pray and praise God in our most intimate way.

We will never ever have to bear fear of the world again, for we will thoroughly know that we are free. This activation allows us to freely worship with God, and accept all unjust actions spoken and seen around us, for we hold the truth of God firmly within our heart. We can come to this place of serenity every day and ask for forgiveness for those who are yet in the dark, and give thanks for a new day. So simple, and yet so powerful! When we arrive at the point where all we can do is smile or just laugh and laugh, then we know that we are free. We have uncovered the secret of the teachings of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.
